Sanctuary Preservation Area of the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary at Sombrero Key Light off Marathon (referred to as Sombrero Reef in 15 CFR 922.164). All fishing is prohibited except catch-and-release trolling; spearfishing and any removal of marine life are prohibited under 15 CFR 922.164(d)(1).
