Overview

How spearfishing is treated at Ten Mile Beach State Marine Conservation Area (California).

Nearshore SMCA along Ten Mile Beach north of Fort Bragg, Mendocino County (3.54 sq mi), adjoining the Ten Mile State Marine Reserve. Only Dungeness crab may be taken (recreationally by trap, hoop net or hand; commercially by trap). Every finfish is protected from all methods, spearfishing included.
