How spearfishing is treated at Tortugas Ecological Reserve — Tortugas North (Florida Keys).
Northern unit of the Tortugas Ecological Reserve, a no-take zone of the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary adjoining Dry Tortugas National Park. All fishing by any means, including spearfishing, is prohibited, and anchoring is additionally banned in the Tortugas Ecological Reserve (15 CFR 922.164(d)(1)).
