Officially designated marine conservation area covering the reefs around Union Island and Palm Island in the southern Grenadines, listed by the National Parks, Rivers and Beaches Authority. Secondary cruising-law summaries list 'the whole of Palm Island' among the country's marine protected areas where fishing/spearfishing is restricted. Center point placed between Union Island and Palm Island.

Visitors must obtain a fishing permit from the Chief Fisheries Officer in Kingstown before fishing. Spearfishing is forbidden to visitors regardless of permit.
