How spearfishing is treated at Sardinia Bay Marine Protected Area.
MPA on the Eastern Cape coast near Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha), between beacons near Schoenmakerskop and Bushy Park, extending 1 nautical mile seaward, declared under the Marine Living Resources Act (Government Notice R.1429 of 29 December 2000). It is a no-take area where all fishing, including spearfishing, is prohibited.
