Seabed and overlying waters around Saba from the high-water line to the 60 m depth contour. Spearfishing with SCUBA/Hookah is prohibited and spearfishing is reserved for Saba residents (non-Sabaans prohibited). Fishing with poison/chemicals/explosives banned.
