Coastal/marine protected area officially created by the Benin Council of Ministers on 5 January 2022, located at Donaten beach in the Akpakpa district of Cotonou (Littoral department) on the Gulf of Guinea. It protects mangrove and fishery resources and threatened/endangered species (sea turtles, African manatee, whales, dolphins).
