Parque Marino Nazca-Desventuradas

Marine park off the Atacama Region around the Desventuradas Islands. Marine parks are no-take zones where human activity and its effects are kept to a minimum; extractive fishing is prohibited. Note that D.S. 5/2016 (MMA) art. 2 excludes two areas from the park, including a polygon set by Ministry of Defence destinacion decrees whose coordinates are not published; the park boundary therefore contains an interior hole of roughly 33 x 18 km around the Desventuradas islands themselves, and no instrument states what fishing rules apply inside it. The coordinate is a hand-picked point inside the park's outer ring in abyssal ocean (the previously stored point fell inside that excluded hole); its two-decimal form is hand-picked precision, not a rounded placeholder.
