Reserva integral norte da Reserva Marina de Interese Pesqueiro Os Minarzos (Carnota, Galicia)

Northern integral reserve of the Os Minarzos fisheries marine reserve, a small nearshore area off Carreiros / A Arana on the Carnota shore. Decreto 87/2007 art. 4 (as replaced by Decreto 241/2008) delimits it between the maritime-terrestrial line and the straight polyline Carreiros - A Arana - Baixada do Vilar, and art. 6 prohibits all maritime fishing, all extraction of fauna and flora and all underwater activity inside it, allowing only expressly authorised scientific sampling. Spearfishing is completely prohibited here, as it already is across the whole reserve - art. 5 permits recreational fishing only at the surface and forbids divers from carrying any instrument usable for fishing - and the integral reserve adds to that by removing surface angling and diving as well.
