Telašćica Nature Park — Podzona 1A: uvala Ćuška Dumboka (strict-protection core)

The entire aquatorium of Ćuška Dumboka cove, on the outer (south-western) side of Dugi otok inside Telašćica Nature Park, is Podzona 1A of the park's Zone of strict protection. Every category of fishing — commercial, small-scale coastal, sport and recreational — is completely prohibited there (Pravilnik o zaštiti i očuvanju Parka prirode »Telašćica«, NN 8/2022, čl. 18(1)); the fisheries-side Pravilnik NN 125/2020 čl. 7(1) permits fishing only in the two outer subzones, so 1A is closed on both instruments. Spearfishing is additionally prohibited throughout the whole park, because Croatian law permits the speargun only in sport fishing (Zakon o morskom ribarstvu čl. 31(1)) and sport fishing is banned park-wide (NN 8/2022 čl. 17(2)).
