AMP Isole Tremiti — Zona B di riserva generale (Isola di Caprara, da Cala Sorrentino allo scoglio Caciocavallo)

The outward-facing coastal belt of Caprara island, from Cala Sorrentino to the Caciocavallo rock, is the zona B of the Isole Tremiti marine protected area. The establishing decree of 14 July 1989 forbids in it any form of fishing or taking by divers, with or without breathing apparatus; the managing body may only authorise fishing with fixed or trolled lines, so spearfishing can never be permitted here.
