Parco Sommerso di Baia — Zona A di riserva integrale (Punta Epitaffio)

Integral reserve of the Baia underwater archaeological park (Bacoli, Gulf of Pozzuoli), covering the sunken Roman city off Punta Epitaffio. The founding decree bans in zona A both 'la pesca professionale e sportiva con qualunque mezzo esercitata' and, separately and expressly, 'la pesca subacquea'; bathing, diving and navigation are also forbidden except for authorised guided dives. Spearfishing is likewise expressly banned in the park's zona B and zona C, so the whole park is off-limits to spearfishers.
