Spearfishing with a crossbow (kusza) is explicitly permitted by the rights holder (Ińskie Centrum Rybactwa / ZPW) on a paid-permit basis (daily 85–110 PLN, weekly, seasonal tickets; 3-lake season permit 590 PLN). Season 15 May – 15 October; national rules apply (karta łowiectwa podwodnego + written permit, breath-hold only, daylight only).
