Bodega Head State Marine Reserve (California)

No-take State Marine Reserve off Bodega Head, Sonoma County (14 CCR §632(b)(39)), incorporating the formerly designated Bodega Marine Life Refuge. All recreational take, including spearfishing, is prohibited; the only take exceptions are scientific — collecting by University of California licensees, officers, employees and students under Fish and Game Code §10661, and persons authorised for scientific study by the Director of the Bodega Marine Life Refuge under Fish and Game Code §10502.7(b) (§§10656, 10903).
