Greyhound Rock State Marine Conservation Area (California)

SMCA off Greyhound Rock and Scott Creek, northern Santa Cruz County (12.00 sq mi). Permitted recreational take: giant kelp by hand harvest only, market squid, salmon, and other finfish by hook-and-line from shore only. Salmon may not be taken by spear anywhere in California (14 CCR §28.90) and every other finfish is shore-hook-and-line only, so no fish may be speared here.
